Shipping policy

All products are made to order. After you approve the final design, production will begin. Please note that it can take a few business days after design approval before your order is shipped, as each item is custom made and finished specifically for you.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the destination. Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg are typically delivered within a few business days after dispatch. For shipments outside the Benelux, delivery usually takes approximately 5 to 6 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
